How many guests can La Providence host for a celebration?
Up to 34 overnight guests across our 13 independent accommodations. For day celebrations, the estate can welcome up to 100 guests.
What is the minimum stay for a private celebration?
Two nights outside peak season, and three nights from June through August.
Can we bring our own caterer, or do you have recommended vendors?
Yes - you are welcome to bring your own caterer. We are also happy to share a list of trusted local vendors we have worked with before, from caterers to florists.
What happens if it rains?
The Covered Stone Terrace and Stone Reception Room provide indoor and sheltered alternatives to every outdoor space, so your celebration has a graceful backup whatever the weather does.
Is the whole estate private during our stay?
With a full buyout, the entire estate is yours exclusively - no other guests on-site.
Are pets allowed?
We are not able to accommodate pets at this time.
How far in advance should we book?
We take bookings up to a year ahead, though shorter-notice stays are sometimes possible too – it is always worth checking with us directly for your dates.
What does a private celebration cost?
Accommodation rates start from our published minimum rates and vary depending on the season, length of stay, and accommodation selected. For private events such as dinners, brunches, cocktail receptions, or celebrations, we provide a personalized quote based on your specific requirements, number of guests, and services requested.
