Do we need a car to explore Provence from La Providence?
Yes - a car is the best way to explore this part of Provence. The villages, markets and walking trails are spread across the countryside, and having your own car gives you the freedom to move between them at your own pace.
What is included in the accommodation price in the package?
Exclusive use of all 13 accommodations, the pool, gardens, terraces, pétanque court, and on-site parking, along with concierge service, linens, bath and pool towels, bathroom amenities, Wi-Fi and a welcome basket. Guests can use a guest kitchen with dishes, glasses and cutlery for an additional fee. Room refreshing or cleaning with a change of towels and sheets during your stay is available for an additional fee.
Can we bring our own caterer, or do you have recommended vendors?
Yes - you are welcome to bring your own caterer. We are also happy to share a list of trusted local vendors we have worked with before, from caterers to florists.
Is there a minimum group size for a private buyout, or can smaller groups reserve part of the estate?
There is no minimum group size for a private buyout - the whole estate is available to you regardless of how many guests you are bringing.
How does payment and deposit work for a group booking?
A deposit is due on acceptance of your privatization offer, with a security deposit required 7 days before check-in.
How far in advance should we book?
We take bookings up to a year ahead, though shorter-notice stays are sometimes possible too – it is always worth checking with us directly for your dates.
